What is the difference between Winfsp and Dokan？

I‘m now learning FUSE on windows platform, and I found two FUSE proxies for windows: Winfsp and Dokan, howere, I do not understand what is the difference, and at the first sight, it seems very similar of these two FUSE proxyies. So could anybody clearly explain the difference of them? or at least why the author invite the Winfsp as the Dokan already there ?
