Hello,
I'm trying to convert a 1920/1080i interlaced MTS file to 1920/1080
(non interlaced) WMV file.
I tried with WINFF but results aren't satisfying. Especially, I got
"jerks" when Camera film moves (ie: landscape is moving). I played on
bitrate, select 2 steps to be used, and use "non interlace" option
without success.
I tried to understand what happened and some explanation could be the
Interlaced. Therefore, I'm looking for the best command line
parameters to get a quality close to the original film but by removing
the interlace.
Any idea how to proceed or advice?
Thanks in advance.
