WINFF & VP9

Hey there. Most of all, thank you Matt for providing this software for years now. I've been using it alot! 

My problem as of right now is that i need to transform mostly mov to webm. It worked fine in WinFF but the video got distorted every time, the only way to make it look as intended again is through code in a web browser. 

It appears that the problem is gone with VP9 but i can't find a way to make it work on Winff. I've installed FFMPEG on windows 10 and tried with the CMD, and it works just fine. The transparency is there, and the video isnt distorted.

I would like to be able to keep using WinFF as i'm used to it. 

Any insights?

well have you tried using adobe media encoder.
