culling unused winetricks verbs

It's probably time to consider culling unused verbs. If people
complain, we can always bring them back.

http://kegel.com/winetricks-usage.txt shows yesterday's usage; it's
the output of

zcat www.20161003.gz | grep winetricks-usage | sed
's/.*-usage.//;s/HTTP.*//;s/%20/ /g' | tr '&%= ' '\012\012' | sort |
uniq -c | sort -rn > ~/public_html/kegel/winetricks-usage.txt

I'll set up a cron job to gather that more cleanly. Any verb that
doesn't get used in a month can safely go off to sleep, I think.

I love the idea, but also wonder how many users aren't reporting (I don't on any of my machines).

I'd say we start with games/apps. DLLs and settings should get more leeway imo.
