I've been communicating with Toby at Wellington.  If you would like to purchase Revelry and have it shipped to *Virginia*, you will need to contact Toby directly (toby_AT_wellngtonvineyards.com) and make arrangements.  Be aware that the price will be $20-$30 higher than the price on Woot, reflecting higher costs to ship to VA. (Or get yourself a receiver in DC, NC, etc.)

As a customer, I can receive in DC through Domaine Wine Storage with
no extra fee.

Is WineWoot shipping UPS or FedEx these days? If it's FedEx, you might
be able to reroute to a FedEx location once you have the tracking
number. (Not all locations offer this.) Even for VA shipments that I
send to an organization where I'm an officer, I often reroute to a
nearby FedEx office that is open 24 hours just to reduce hassle for
the office staff. Not sure about how easy it is to do for UPS.

I just entered my own order. Woot is too smart for its own good; it
modified the street address line to STE ACCESS. I re-entered the
address as 4221 Connecticut Ave NW #rear_access and got it to stick.
