Hello everyone,

Syd and I are looking forward to hosting everyone this Saturday for
May Wine Club.

We will be getting down to some basics with our lesson and will
include a session on when to return wine in a restaurant (in the most
unpretentious way, of course).

Hope to see you there!

Saturday, May 17
5PM

509 Macon Street
Btwn Stuyvesant and Malcolm X
A train to Utica

Cabernat Sauvignon from the Maipo Region, Chile

(we'll take another region in Chile if you can't find something that

specific, but do a little looking!)

I'm in Vegas, Baby!
I'd love to know when to take back wine though. Can't wait to read the
minutes on that one...
