BMRDA approval copy needed for Windsor Township Phase-1

Friends,

I bought a plot in Windsor Township Phase-1 last year. I am unable to find the BMRDA approval copy for Phase-1 in my list of documents received from Windsor developers. Could any of you have the copy, kindly share with me thru email. I received the attached copy from Windsor as part of BMRDA approval copy. But this is not the original approval copy issued by BMRDA after 100% sites released to the developer right? Please suggest.

Surprisingly i do not see the Phase 1 layouts in BMRDA Approved Layout List. We can see Phase-2 layout in the BMRDA approved list. Do we need to consider that Phase-1 is not a BMRDA site? My site is A-08 and is in Phase-1. I am worried now.

Even hoskote master plan has Windsor Phase-2 in the approval layout list but Phase-1 is not listed anywhere. I am really worried now.

Could you please let me know why Phase-1 is missing under approved list for BMRDA?

Please check your Sale Deed and the BMRDA Approval Number and check with the same reference.

I dont think there is anything to worry.

you do not need BMRDA Approval copy for e-Khata. The sale deed is enough as it has a reference of BMRDA Approval Number

Thanks Manas for your details. Let me try with these details.For future reference i was looking for BMRDA approval copy and renewal copy for Windsor Township Phase -1 Approval no. LA0/055/1998-99 dated.08.02.1999 and renewed on 10.02.2006.

Hi Sudhakar,

I believe you brought plot in phase-1. I am buying a plot in Phase-1 and went for Axis bank for loan and required below documents. 

I hope you will have these documents. Please share them and help me....

1. Registered loan discharge certificate / re-conveyance deed issued by M/s State Bank of Mysore.

2. Proof showing M.Sreenivasa Rao belongs to Windsor Gardens PVT Ltd. 

3. ID proof of Sri.Lakshminarayanappa (Showing is not SC).
