The Bill Collector mentioned that e-khata will take some more time, probably in 2015.ast year he had mentioned that it will be available by Mar 2014 :) I also have paper khata only.

I Paid the Property Tax in the Panchayat office today. was hazzle-free and quick. 

E-Khata might take a couple of months more. The township looks normal. 

Artha Aurum has come up 2 kms before Windsor Township and should help in faster development.

A lot of new townships are coming up in Malur road and Chintamani road. 

in a year or so, i guess people will start constructing houses all around.

How much tax did you pay for your site. I heard that it is Rs 0.65 per sq ft.  Is this correct.
