Developments around Windsor Township

Hi All - A very Happy New Year. Have a Successful, Contended and Joyful 2014!

I wanted to start a new thread on the developments around our township.

I have a few updates following what happening around bangalore.

the following 2 things seem to be hot :

1. Peripheral ring road - PRR Phase 1.

           This might not be great news for us. PRR will be crossing Old Madras Road before Hoskote Lake, which means that - this will cut only SH35 (Kadugodi-Whitefield Road).

this will place the PRR roughly around 18 kms from our project. not sure how much this will help.

Following the link for PRRhrough - i have created a route map where PRR will pass through based on the villages it will cut through.

2. Bangalore-Chennai Expressway 

This will probably go just behind and very close to windsor township.

In the next 5 years both of these projects will be in a nice development phase.

The most benefited project for all projects on Hoskote-Malur Road will be the Hoskote Inner ring road - which will pass through Ruby residential paradise project and connect

the Whitefield road. but no idea about when this will be picked up.

  Thanks for sharing news on the development in the neighbouring areas. CBIC is a nice project but looks like it'll take another 10+ years to complete.

  Hopefully the KIADB development of the Malur Industrial Area will be faster than CBIC and will increase the rate of development - http://www.kiadb.in/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=13&Itemid=6
