Good News All - Jadgenahalli Panchayat Office have started issuing e-Khata for properties in Hoskote.

around 25 e-Khata's have already been given.

We can go and apply using the below documents and they will call you guys once the e-Khata is ready :

1. Sale Deed

2. Site Photo (to be uploaded)

3. Passport Photo

4. Photo ID Proof

5. BMRDA Approval Copy 

6. Layout Plan

   Thanks for sharing this great news. Did you get your e-khata? For #4 and #5 do we have to get it from the builder or from the BMRDA office?

Hi Vibes, 

         It is indeed great news. I have not got my e-Khata yet. I was planning to give it sometime and get it in July.

#4 is your Photo ID Proof document viz. Passport, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card etc.

#5 BMRDA Approval ID is given in the sale deed i guess. if this is not sufficient we can ask the builder for a copy.

#6  Layout Plan for Windsor Township - They should have this in the panchayat office. if not there, then it can be added.

We can also plan to get it done together as a group - Let us keep a tentative date as July 19th.

you guys can let me know if you want to join or suggest alternative dates.

All - I finally got my e-Khata from my Plot yesterday after lot of following up.

I had submitted the documents over a month ago, went there yesterday and got it processed.

Congratulations Manas. I am getting ready to apply for e-khata too. Please send me the BMRDA approval for Phase 1 if you have as my plot is in Phase-1.

I have also recently applied for e-Khata on the 29th of Dec.

The documents required were

1 Passport photo,
1 ID proof,
1 Copy of sale deed
A photo of the site/plot (mine is in phase 2).


I'm waiting for them to get in touch with me for collecting the details.

Only way would be that you give a power of attorney to someone back home and that person collating all documents and submitting in the taluk office. 

or plan to get it done when you take your next holiday trip to india. :)
