Adding New Members in this Group.

Hello All,

       Windsor Township has 266 Plots (Combined Phase 1 and Phase 2) out of which atleast 240 plots have been sold.

we have 25 members on this group which is 10.4% of the township.

We need to work on building a bigger member base which will have a lot of advantages going further.

Can you all share a few ideas on which we can work on to achieve 50% members in this group in 1 year?

Below are my points :

1. Put a few print outs with our the google groups info in the township - This way, whenever the owners come to check their sites, they will be informed.

2. Get the list of mail ids from Windsor Township Sales Team (Murthy, Prasad) and shoot a mail to all the owners about the group.

3. Any online posts in other forums of real estate about windsor township, we can mention the google group info. 

Please let us know your suggestions.

@Mahe - I have got the list of owners for Windsor Township Phase1 and Phase2 from the management of Winsdor Builders. 

I have dropped a mail to all the plot owners about this group. you must be getting a few requests in this week for new members.

just a heads up.

All owners, attached is this list. check if all your details are correct and get back. if there are any corrections. you can reply here. we can prepare a consolidated list of corrected details.
