JRules lead

Columbus, OH

Duration:6months – 1 year

Role	JRules Lead
Experience	7+ years of experience
Responsibilities:	Analyzing and translating business requirements into technical rule specifications for Jrules development. Design and implement rule projects to integrate with the overall application architecture. Providing post implementation support. Plans and implements changes to the technologies, and executes test plans to validate/verify changes Provides developer support for The Enterprise JRules Framework through the Architecture Frameworks service Demonstrates competent knowledge of all tools and techniques required Researching and evaluating alternative solutions to improve existing implementations. Work closely with both technical and functional people as an SME. Mentoring team members on JRules best practices. Experience working in IT financial sector is a plus. Expert knowledge of ILog JRules * Studio, RES, RTS, RSM, BAL, BOM, XOM, etc Proficient in Unit Testing and Debugging rules. Excellent knowledge of requirements analysis, estimation, architecting, designing complex rules. Able to define best practices for required implementation. . Great Object oriented programming skills (ie. Java or C++) Web Services & XMLs. Demonstrated team player. Knowledge of the system development life cycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must demonstrate accountability, sound decision making, analytical thoroughness, clear and concise. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field a plus. 7+ years of stable professional IT experience. 3-5 years of experience in ILog Jrules.
Required Skills:	Working knowledge of: Java, XML, MS SQL Server, JBoss, WAS, JUnit, Eclipse, Subversion, and Build tools such as Ant, or Maven
Nice to Have Skills	Working experience with relational databases, DB2 is a plus Knowledge of LDAP, Hudson or other continuous integration products
