HOA Annual Meeting - Need your Proxy and/or RSVP (Some may have already rec'd this message)

We thank you in advance for your help in this very important matter.
As you may know the HOA Annual Meeting is at the clubhouse on Tuesday, May 28th at 7pm. Due to the rules set when our development was created, reaching a quorum at our annual meeting has been very difficult to achieve. We hope you can make it to the meeting, but if you are not able to attend, we need your proxy. We understand things are busy during the summer, so we want to make it as easy as possible for your vote to be counted.
Four mailboxes have been offered up to collect your proxy or you can drop it off, email or fax it to Sharon at Collins & Associates:
· Tall Grass/Cross Timber: Bennett mailbox at 4209 E. 117th Place or the Whelan mailbox at 11701. S. Quebec Ave.
· Scissor Tail or Sequoia Hills: Hamlin mailbox at 11608 S. Louisville Ave.
· White Oak and other Wind River areas: Millwee mail box at 11844 S. Quebec (near the pond).
· Collins & Associates will accept your proxy at 5153 East 51st St S., Tulsa, OK 74135. By Fax: 918-524-3933. By email to sha...@collins-associates.net.
Please indicate to whom you wish to proxy your vote i.e. to the board secretary (or other board member or resident).
In case you have misplaced your household's proxy, we've attached one that you should (I hope) be able to download and print.
Thank you so much for all of your help, and we hope to see you at the meeting to hear your feedback. If you plan on dropping off your proxy, please do so by Tuesday (May 28th) at 5pm.
