Hello Wind River Residents,
There have been a few questions about when we'll have trick or
treating in the neighborhood. It will be on Halloween night (Monday)
with hopes it will slow down at around 8:30pm so people can get ready
for school and work the next day.
A few reminders: If you are out of candy turn your porch light out or
put a sign on the door, please drive slow, and keep pets in a safe
place.
