Tall Grass Gate Update -- A total replacement is needed & has been approved by the HOA

Hello Neighbors!

We wanted to give you an update on the gate because we know this is very important to you.  As you may have guessed, there are a lot of factors involved.  We have both insurance companies involved and several contractor estimates are required.  As of Thursday Collins & Associates was waiting on a couple more of those estimates to come in.  As soon as the Wind River HOA and Collins & Associates get the green light from the insurance company the work will begin (we anticipate that to be soon).  The company installing the new gate estimates that the process will take 6 weeks to complete.  This matter is very much a priority for the HOA and Collins & Associates and we hope to have more news soon to pass along.
