Hello Everyone:
As many of you know, the City has begun a large street project that effects only the non-gated area streets.  The problem is that neither Collins management or the Board of Directors was notified that this work was going to be done.  If any residents received notification, we were not aware.  We will contact the City with our concerns about how this was handled. However, for the time being, we must figure some way for the gated residents to be able to exit the neighborhood without crossing or driving on  the streets effected.  Here’s what we have come up with.

Certain gates will be opened to allow travel through to Delaware without having to use 118th Street, 118th Blvd., Quebec or Sandusky.  Residents in Tall Grass and Cross Timber will need to travel through Cross Timber, circle through Sequoyah Hill and then out to Delaware on 116th in Scissortail.

Residents in White Oak will need to cross 118th Street into Cross Timber, through Sequoyah Hill and then out to Delaware on 116th as noted above.

Hopefully, this will all be over with by the end of the week and we can return to normal.  If you  have any questions, please contact me at 918-524-3833 or via email at sha...@collins-associates.net.  Again, we regret the inconvenience and the lack of prior notice on this project.
