Wind River Park Vote Needed by November 3rd

Dear Wind River Residents, We hope this message finds you well.

 

Several weeks ago you received a ballot and information on the Wind River Neighborhood Park. This is just a quick reminder that your vote is needed by November 3rd.  If your vote is not post marked by that day, unfortunately it will not be counted. You can vote using the provided postage paid (addressed) envelope or by scanning your ballot. If you choose to scan your ballot, send it to Sharon at Collins and Associates. 65% of the ballots must be received by the HOA to reach a quorum. 60% of the eligible votes received must be a yes vote, in order for the project to be approved. To be able to vote, lot owners in Wind River must be current on their HOA dues. If a quorum is not met, a vote cannot be held. If there is a fair vote and the project is approved, the one-time $675 assessment will be due February 1, 2015.
