1.Architecture/Design – Expert Level required

2. Active Sync/Blackberry Administration and deployment – Expert level required

 

3. MS Exchange & AD Administration – Should be excellent

 

4.Configuration/deployment – Should be good

5. AntiSpam/Email encryption/ISA – Good knowledge

 

6.OCS Administration and deployment

7.Scripting – Fair Knowledge will be added advantage

8.Excelling in communication and providing Solutions and Designs

9.Good in performing RCAs  and Project Management

10.   good to have Team Management skills.
