I have a W2K system that is showing some odd behaviour.
When I start IE6 the hour glass appears for a while and then
disappears but nothing happens. When I use Process Explorer from Sys
Internals it shows several instances of IEXPLORE.
These can be verified with Process Explorer and they're OK but when I
try to bring it to the front the error says "No visible windows found
for this process"
All updates are applied and F-secure is upto date.

When did you last reboot the system?
