I am trying to reinstall Norton anti-virus 2006. However, when I get
to the screen where I have to accept the conditions, the accept/
decline button does not appear and I am unable to install the
program. What can I do to correct this?

Use different Antivirus. The free alternatives, such as AVG, are more
effective, don't cling to the system like a fungal infection, and have
a much smaller memory footprint. :)
