1. run task manager (by pressing key combination Ctrl+Alt+Delete or

2. in menu bar, choose Shut Down
3. press and keep holding Ctrl key
4. while holding Ctrl key pressed, click on Turn Off
5. release Ctrl key
computer now shuts down in 2-3 seconds.
