Start>> Run>> regedit
in regedit, in left side pane, navigate to:
My Computer
+ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
+ SYSTEM
+ CurrentControlSet
+ Control
on right side, set value of WailToKillServiceTimeout to 1000 by
following way:
double-click on WailToKillServiceTimeout
under value data, type in 1000
press OK
close regedit
next time you shut your computer down, the effect is clear.
