Hyper V Cluster Shared Volume

Hello,

I have 2 2008 R2 server each with Hyper V running on them with 8
VMs on each. I would like to cluster them togeather for fail over.
All VMs run on a Dell Equallogic SAN that both servers access.

Can I make these systems into a Failover cluster without loosing
the VMs?

The reading I have done tells me I need to create the CSV first
then create the VMs. If I create the CSV I will loose all my VMs.

I thought of moving all the VMs to my NAS and then redoing the SAN
for CSV, but I am trying to avoid having to take all the systems off
line for an extended period of time to copy them off.

If anybody has any helpful hints I would be grateful.
