Force update DNS records on DC...

Last week we changed a group of PCs from one VLAN to a new VLAN and
everything appears to have gone smoothly. Unfortunately today we
noticed that the DNS server is not updating the A Records with the new
IP addresses. Is there any way to force the DNS server to update all
records automatically? I've found a lot of people who recommend
IPCONFIG/ REGISTERDNS, but that's only for the workstation. Any help
would be welcome.
