Hey guys,

Sorry I had no idea that we were meeting right now and only found out when I bumped into Manisha a few minutes ago. I assumed that we'd be meeting in the night again. 

Unfortunately, I can't make it right now as I already have a meeting scheduled. Please let me know what time you plan on being there till, as well as work that has to be done and the next meeting time (whenever it's decided).

Hey Arav,

We're all kind of dispersed right now-- What's the earliest you can meet tomorrow? We haven't set that time yet. Jannel can't meet till 2pm, but there are a few of us who can meet from the morning.

Perhaps what you could do is to take a look at Manisha's Managerial Summary-- we have to ensure that it's the best pitch we can make for our work and that the rest of the presentation flows from there.
