Hello Manisha,

I know you wanted to compare what we both our results eventually, but I am not sure I have enough time to do everything and then compare. So I did some analysis tonight, and I attached what I have done here. It is incomplete, but I am just attaching it so you wouldn't do the same thing. Basically I did analysis on the questions: I would consider buying a Windows phone, and I think Windows phone OS is different, and I did marital status as a moderating variable for those two questions.

How about if I finish doing analysis on the third question: I like Windows phone OS, and then do marital status as a moderating variable for that question. Then I would do Age as a Moderating variable for all three questions?

Then all there would be left to do is Income, Number of Children, and Industry you want to work in after graduating, as moderating variables for all three questions. Do you think you can do those?

Tell me if you have something else in mind, I just don't want to do something you have already done because that would be a waste of time. Also, I hope to get this done by Tuesday night, if not I will send you all my part when I am done, which shouldn't be much later.

Thank you!

Duaa

Hey Jannel,

So for the third question which is: I like windows phone OS, I am not sure how to sort the numbers correctly like you did. I mean I don't know how to copy and paste them into the correct order into the sheet that you already prepared with the questions. So I attempted it and this is what I got when I copy pasted the column for that question into the sheet you made. Can you please check if that is correct? If you take a look at the document then at sheet one, the last column would be what I added, which is the Q8_5 question. Did I fill in the numbers correctly and in the right order?

Thank you so much!

Sorry, also I am just asking this because I want to conduct a Chi-Square analysis of this question with Gender.

Hello Maryam,

Could you please let me know how you decide to divide age (as in into what groups) so I can use that to moderate age and gender!

Thank you!

Hey guys,

Are you guys still meeting tonight?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it as I indicated on the when2meet as I already have another meeting at that time.

Let me know when/where you guys are meeting and I'll try and join if possible (if my meeting ends early).

Thanks,
Arav

Hay Duaa,

That looks like the correct order to me! If other Phonatics haven't started yet, Duaa's excel sheet on this thread has the correct questions and demographics in it, and you can relabel the contingency tables on the second sheet to fit your assigned factor.

Thanks Duaa!
