Can we just go with youthful then? The only reason I think that matters is because we frequently refer to the concept of age and how it relates to this segment... doing something like fun-lovers would include a lot more older people in my opinion. If you guys prefer one of the others, anything on the list looks okay to me and don't mind any!--On Sun, Dec 16, 2012 at 3:22 AM, Jannel Alston <jannel...@gmail.com> wrote:

Hey guys,Did you want links for the one slide on windows phones current position in the market? Also, I still feel like youthful might be better than the "attention seeker" because that has quite a negative connotation in my opinion. Finally, I was planning on editing the managerial summary after the presentation. Not sure how to do that anymore since I won't be here. Would someone else be able to do that? It should be no more than 15 minutes of work.Best,Arav
Sent from my iPhoneHere is the latest version. As you can see, there's still a lot to be completed. We've also changed the name of the youthful segment to the Attention Seeker (re-recording the animations are not necessary).
After the long deck is completed, we'll decide which slides stay in for the short deck. Cutting and pasting the animations into the full deck hasn't been successful, so Steph, we'll let you know which version is the final so you can add them in.Arav, since you wrote the current market problems for the slides, can you create a slide of links that you used to gather that information?
Maryam, Joseph and I are meeting tomorrow at 1pm in the Harrison Office. If you are here, please come by, there's a lot to be done (BY 11:59 PM) and we are all very busy.On Sun, Dec 16, 2012 at 12:41 AM, Stephanie A. Steph – Are you able to send us the data analyses you did (factor analysis, etc.)? Even if there is not a lot we can get from it, it is still important that we show we’ve done it.
Arav – We’ve decided to just do one perceptual map for the overall strategy as we don’t have time to do three different ones.
Also, I’m not on board with the sentences in the heading either. A lot of them are simply repeats of the information on the slides and I don’t think they are necessary.

Maryam, Jannel – Going through checklist, creating strategies, cleaning up 2nd draft w/o appendices, then doing one w/appendices.
Me – Key insights, supporting data
Steph – Animation Slides – Did you say you were going to put everything on one slide?
Arav – Did you finish with the managerial summary?
Everyone – Look over draft once it is sent out.
Short deck still needs to be created.

I’ll do it.
