Hey guys,

I wasn't able to attend the guest lecture on Tuesday as I had two exams that day.

Would anyone be able to give me a brief summary of what the speaker talked about?

Thanks so much,
Arav

Meeting tomorrow, 10pm F62

Figure out perceptual map axis etc.

Think about messages, values, advertising strategies.

Arav, could you possibly work on an outline for the Porters Five Forces framework?

Sure I can do that.

One question - Porter's Five Forces is used to analyze an industry. Is that what we're trying to do here?

Yep, it doesn't have tone structured exactly like a porter's five forces, but it's to give a good intro to the windows phone within the competitive landscape. Then introduce what our project does for windows phone within that: increase market share, popularity, brand etc

I looked at the VALS framework questionnaire that Prof. Reed had us take. I think our youthful and playful segment is a mix between the experiencers and makers (both linked below)

See you soon!
