Why I will NEVER buy a microsoft product again

In 2011 I purchased my copy of Windows 7, installed and ran for 18 months. It routinely carried out its updates and I was pleased with my purchase. Until its most recent update which has rendered it completely useless. I contacted Microsoft who promptly told me I wasn't allowed to use it any more as I didn't purchase it from one of their recognised sellers. I will point out at this point I purchased it from Amazon. Microsoft blocked my key number and said sorry you should have purchased it from one of our recommended sellers. Its not a pirate copy I have done all the research to validate its authenticity, Microsoft or should I say Mr Mubassir the manager at customer services just decided 18 months into using it that it is not authentic, even though it is. So Microsoft to you I say this "FUCK YOU".
