Windows 7 Password Forget

My computer is not in domain, and also a personal Home Desktop. One of
my friend changed my User Login PW n he gave me incorrect one. Now I
need to Open my Windows-7 , but each time i press the pw says
incorrect. Please some one response me the easy way to login to my own
account. I am the admin myself.

Hi Vishnu..

       I read your  problem. there are two ways to login

One is that start your computer in safe mode.

and 2nd is to format your c drive,

well, what do you suggest me for the OUTLOOK datas and some other
which we can go only thru Windows own files?
