If you would like to attend a Cottonwood Master HOA meeting this Thursday, please read this message below.

Dear Homeowner,

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, Diversified is closely following the most up-to-date recommendations from public health officials and governmental agencies to ensure we are being proactive in implementing their recommendations. Our staff and community are of the upmost importance to us, and we want to do our part to make sure that our community remains healthy.

With this being said, this meeting will be held virtually on June 18th, 2020 at 9:15am via Microsoft Teams we will recommend installing the Microsoft teams app prior to the meeting, or follow the link using explorer. Attached, is the link for the meeting.

This is new territory for many of us so please be patient and If you have any questions about the about this meeting please feel free to contact Amanda Funck by replying to this email or calling me at 719-314-4506.

Attached is the virtual meeting invite and the meeting draft Agenda’s which may change prior to the meeting if needed to accommodate any additional issues I may have missed. As a reminder the intent of this meeting is for the Board to conduct Association business. Please reserve your comments and questions for the homeowner’s forum.
