Parking enforcement

Hello, just wondering if anyone knows how we are enforcing parking these days (sorry I have been so out of touch with how things are going in the community)?

This morning there was a car that was completely blocking our driveway.

Does anyone know who this car belongs to?

At the end of the day, I was able to drive over the grass and get out of our driveway and the car is gone now.

Just trying to figure out the best way to handle a situation like this if it comes up again.
