Sprinklers and Landscaping
· If you see or experience an issue with the

New HOA Website Coming
Over the next couple of week, CAP management will be converting from the Association's current web portal to a new management platform, Appfolio - an award-winning, cloud-based software designed to modernize your
HOA experience and make board membership more convenient.
·
Everything you need, from documents to architecture
submissions, and even processing payables, will now be in one place: capmgmt.appfolio.com, which can be accessed from anywhere online and via a smartphone mobile app.
· - Association members will also receive access to
a modern user portal and app, which will accommodate homeowner payments, account statements, ARC requests, vendor transactions, check approvals, and maintenance requests.
· - The user portal will also host the association's
governing documents and meeting minutes, allowing easy, streamlined accessibility for all homeowners.
· - All electronic communication will be handled
through the portal, making it easier and faster to reach the desired individual or department you need.
· - Any account activity or communication will be
documented and logged in the platform with a unique ID number that can be referenced at any time.
· - By using a real-time application, Appfolio
offers advanced financial reporting for associations, allowing for timely and accurate reporting capabilities.
Over the next two weeks, additional information will be
provided to help you register for the new website.
Stay healthy, safe and we hope to see
you at the Board meeting tonight!
Best,
The Board of Directors

Hello, Neighbors.

As I take walks around the neighborhood, I am noticing that many of the bushes/flowers that were planted last year as part of the community landscaping project are dead/dying.  Is the HOA taking inventory of these for replacement under the warranty or is it up to each homeowner to make a request for replacement?  If each homeowner needs to make the request, is that through the CapMgmt portal (new AppFolio site)?

Thanks.

Mary

Brightview will be replacing them under warranty in Mud to late August. They did an inventory a month ago in coordination with our landscape architect who managed the project.
