Windemere budget

The Board is juggling a lot of things and doing a fantastic job!!  They've worked hard and made enormous progress!!

I am concerned with the significant decrease in budget to reserves.  We have many expensive initiatives underway.  Landscaping overhaul, brick wall repair, fence replacement, some (hopefully distant) day street complete re-paving $$$.

The other obvious concern is the 150% increase in insurance annual cost, which cannot come from reserves!  There are significant cuts elsewhere to try to absorb this, but I'm not sure this is the best long term strategy.  

I may not be able to be at the IN PERSON November 14th meeting.  I urge all of my smart, fiscally responsible neighbors to attend, and participate in the discussion first hand.

Some other expenses:

the Board has been actively discussing various issues, including the maintenance or replacement of the split rail fences landscaping the medians by the front gates, landscape maintenance outside the south wall, updating worn signage, solar panel regulations, rock placement, drainage between homes, replacing worn light posts, and brick repair.
