Barking dogs in the backyard have been out of control for the past year. I'd like to remind everyone that according to our HOA rules, pets need to be controlled at all times.

The Board is doing a fantastic job and they've gotten a lot done!!

I'm concerned about two significant changes to the 2024 budget for next year and urge you to go to the IN PERSON meeting November 14th.

One is the amount allocated to reserves is $100K less, at a time our aging infrastructure needs it.  The brick wall, streets, landscaping, fences among others are  huge capital expenses in our future.

Second, is that our insurance premiums went up by $150K.  This is an annual expense, yet the new annual budget is only increased by $35K.  I've been at the last few Board meetings.  They didn't discuss this there.  I know the Board has discussed this at length and has reasoning for it.  I'm interested to hear their thoughts, and I know you are too.
