Neighbors - 

I know that we are all busy, and many of us travel for work and are not able to make in-person meetings, myself included, however you need to be aware what is going on in our neighborhood and we need to be heard and a part of the decision making process. 

You are about to get a bill for $17,000 per homeowner for roofs that DO NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED. This is being driven by just a handful of people in our neighborhood who are making decisions for all of us.

My home is one of the homes that was inspected by the roofing companies and deemed to have at least 10 hail strikes and needed to be replaced. I’ve seen the photos and I sent these to State Farm and they sent an adjustor and independent contractor out to inspect my roof - It is in excellent shape! No need for any repair or replacement, yet somehow our board, and members of the community who are no longer on the board are pushing to charge every home in the neighborhood $17,000 to replace some roofs in the community  - and they want to use roofing contractors who will charge many times over the cost of a regular roof repair. 

People  - PLEASE push back, go to the meeting or reach out to me personally at mbe...@comcast.net .  We need to let our community know that we are not ok with this insurance fraud!

I would encourage you to share the insurance report from State Farm. I would love to review their findings.
