Michael will be cleaning our air vents and dryer vents soon (he also offers chimney cleaning if needed). He recently did an excellent job at a nearby property—very thorough, punctual, and professional. If you have allergies, notice extra dust, or haven’t cleaned your vents in over a year, it’s probably time. He quoted $400, but with 3–4 houses it’s $159 for a single AC unit home. And if you book along with your neighbor or a friend, your price will be $149. If interested, PM me your contact number and house address so I can add you to the list. Thanks!

We’re currently scheduling a dryer vent cleaning with Michael, and if a few more neighbors are interested, we can get a group discount. Normally this service costs $399, but with multiple homes it drops to $149 per home. Cleaning your dryer vent is really important because lint and dust buildup can become a serious fire hazard if not maintained properly. We’ve used this service before, and they do an excellent job. (They also offer duct cleaning and chimney cleaning if needed)
