Dear all,
This supplier claims that

"NEW !! We have again added a new service to our web site - the
Infrastructure interactive map - listing all the cabling, landing points
and Offshore substations as well as the wind farm itself."

Is there anybody interested for any of your models?

Regards Nick

Subject: First 4C update of 2012

We have recorded a number of new Offshore wind projects starting up.  We
have added a number of Offshore windfarm projects  in Germany, Finland,
USA, India, Japan and China - Germany has had 5 added in the last week.
This brings the total number of Offshore wind Projects we are tracking
to 1064, with 6435 company and vessel stakeholders identified as part of
these projects - http://www.4coffshore.com/windfarms

6435 company and vessel stakeholders are just the tip of the iceberg
when you consider that a typical developer will be managing 100's of
contracts on a single project (Walney managed almost 350) and each of
these contracts will be supported by a number of subcontracts, asset
suppliers and so on.
So despite the gloomy press statements the future is bright for the
Offshore wind sector as literally thousands of new major contracts are
still to be awarded.
Add this to the various offshore grid and grid re-enforcement projects
required and literally 100's billions Euros of investments are to be
made over the next few years.
We always need the political will and at times it is right to question
whether it is there - grid connection seems to be a major topic both in
Germany and the UK with much to be resolved still.
We have the elections in France this year and it is my hope that whoever
is in control they speed up their progress towards Offshore wind.  When
looking to the far east China certainly seems to be demonstrating not
just political will but political muscle to accelerate their progress.

It costs you nothing to get your company services listed on our database
- all we ask is you let us know what service you supplied - could be
finance, insurance, a vessel, a crane, provide us with external
verification and once verified we will put it on our site for all to
see.

NEW !! We have again added a new service to our web site - the
Infrastructure interactive map - listing all the cabling, landing points
and Offshore substations as well as the windfarm itself.  We hope you
find this useful and would appreciate any feedback you may have.

NEW !!!! Port of Wilhelmshaven
Our Port Information initiative is expanding and now includes new
entrant Port of Wilhelmshavento add to the growing list with Harwich
Navyard.
Eastport, Port of Aalborg, Vlissingen Verbrugge Terminal, and Able's
Seaton, Middlesbrough and Humber Ports,   Having been there myself on
more
than one occasion its good to see that they have embraced 4C's
initiative to assist developers and support companies assess relevant
ports online and visually examine the suitability of the facilities
offered.

New !!! Equipment
Two new carousels have been placed on the Marketplace adding to the 750
Tonne already listed - now a 1250 tonne, and 5000 tonne - giving
installers a great choice (whilst they are available).  We have also
been asked to provide a Wanted - request service for companies seeking
specialist equipment or spares - this has now been added.  The Equipment
market place now has listings for those wanting to hire out equipment,
those wanting to sell and those wanting to source equipment.

New !!! Turbines
Now we have detailed information on over 130 models of Wind Turbines
used or planned for use OFFSHORE

turbine array, cable routes, marine weather services, news, vessel
