Joint Proposal for Knowledge Exchange SEPS Project in Patagonia

Hello everybody!
The Sustainable Energy Project Support - SEPS, launched a call for proposal for financing knowledge exchange projects in Latin America, link , with special emphasis on projects within the Wind Empowerment Network.
Here in Punta Arenas, Chile (southern part of Patagonia, beautiful places!), there is a very favorable wind climate, and several groups interested in self-construction, soooo, why not to try to build a Piggott wind turbine?
The support of the SEPS funds would give a great opportunity to organize our first workshop here, with the help of experts and/or associations from the WindEmpowerment network that could travel and help us teaching the workshop.
What do you think? Would you be interested in formulating a joint-proposal, for a construction Workshop in Punta Arenas (or Puerto Natales), with the participation of other associations with experience in wind turbine construction?
What do you think? Any association from neighboring Argentina (Energizar?) or Peru (500 rpm) that would be interested?

El Sustainable Energy Project Support - SEPS, abrió una convocatoria para proyectos de transferencias de conocimientos en America Latina, link , con un enfoque especial en proyectos en la red de Wind Empowerment.
Aquí en Punta Arenas, Chile (Patagonia Austral, bieeen bonito),hay super buen recurso eólico y varios grupos interesados en auto-construccion, entonces... porqué no animarnos en construir un aerogenerador Piggott?
Y cual mejor oportunidad de dar vida a nuestro primer workshop de auto construccion si no a través de un proyecto en conjunto con suporte de SEPS, con la ayuda de expertos y otras asociaciones de WindEmpowerment, que en el marco del proyecto SEPS podrían viajar por acá y ayudarnos en el workshop?
Que les parece? Alguien interesado en formular una propuesta en conjunto por un workshop de autoconstruccion en Punta Arenas (y/o Puerto Natales), con la participación de otras asociaciones de Wind Empowerment que puedan compartir su experiencia en auto-construccion?
Amigos vecinos de Argentina (Energizar?) y Peru (500 rpm), que opinan, les interesaría trabajar en conjunto?
