Hi Anne,

You are welcome to share my info with him. You can also let him know that these days we regularly run on Tuesdays at 5:45 for about a 5 mile run and Thursdays for about 5 miles that includes 6 hills. Saturdays people meet at 7 to run about 7 miles in the Fels but a few of us are running Boston and sticking to the roads instead.
