winbubble

I downloaded and used winbubble, but it stopped working when I changed the password.  Now I can't use it, can't uninstall it, or do anything else with it.  Can you help?

When I try to use it I get this message:  "The password has been edited.  Please check any software that you installed  recently  or someone that causes the problem."   But I don't know what the problem is, so please help as I would like to use winbubble.

I tried re-installing it, but that didn't help, as I couldn't uninstall the old one.

I am also facing the same problem. Now i can't work on control panel and everything is locked. Please help me in resolving this problem.
