BUILD FAILED Problem: failed to create task or type antlib: oracle:deploy Cause:

Hello,

I have download winant and installed it properly.

When I run ant scripts for build I am getting the following error

BUILD FAILED Problem: failed to create task or type antlib: oracle:deploy Cause: The name is undefined. Action: Check the spelling. Action: Check that any custom tasks/types have been declared. Action: Check that any <presetdef>/<macrodef> declarations have taken place.

When I searched internet I have found that ant-contrib-1.0b3.jar should be inside ANT_HOME/lib folder. I already have this jar.
So could you suggest as why I am getting this error?
