The time within the Win4lin Windows session is different than that of
my
Ubuntu system's time. I've tried to change the time within the Windows
session, but as soon as I update the time the Win4lin Windows session
reverts the time setting back to the previous setting. I believe this
has something to do with day-light-savings time and how it may be
handled between that of the Host Operating System, Ubuntu, and that of
Win4lin Windows sessions. The time is an hour off, and I believe it
happened during the time change. My Ubuntu version is 8.04 and the
Win4lin is Pro version 5.0. The windows session is Windows2000.

Yeah I have had that same problem, just go to properties in your
win4lin console and set the offset for your time zone, which is the
second check box, both boxes should be checked and your time will be
synced with host.
