hii my system is infected by virus

hi my system has got a virus on it.i got the virus from pen drive.
name of the virus file is window.exe.
what actully virus does is it come under system startup and makes the
system slow and engages the floppy drive.
i tryied to remove it from temp files and it also disables
regedit.exe, command prompt and task manager. so that you can end the
task have to end the task after enabling task manager from gpedit.msc.
makes the system very less responsive.even if you remove it form
msconfig startup it automatically comes back. tryied to run avast
antivirus and also windows live one care could not detect the virus,
formatted the Drive C still could not be removed from the computer.
virus has changed the name of my computer icon with recycle bin.

is there anyone who has already faced this type of virus??can anyone
help me to remove this from the computer???
