Dear Win-Win Kung Fu Families and Students,

We hope you are enjoying your training and making great progress in your martial arts journey!

To ensure we continue providing consistent service, accurate accounting, and efficient administration, the Win-Win Kung Fu Culture Center is adopting an updated Tuition Payment Policy, effective July 2026.

With the link here, you will find the complete policy document. We kindly ask that you review it thoroughly. Below is a summary of the key updates and required actions:

New Autopay Requirement: Starting July 2026, automatic payment (Autopay) will be required for all recurring tuition and membership dues. This helps us minimize administrative costs so our staff can focus entirely on providing the highest quality instruction.
No Action Needed for Existing Setups: If you already have Autopay activated, or if Win-Win has already approved you to pay via cash, check, or other unconventional manual methods, no further action is required from you at this time.
Setting Up Autopay: Everyone else can easily set up Autopay through either a secure QuickBooks Online billing link we provide or by submitting an Automatic Credit Card Billing Authorization Form.
Flexible Payment Methods: We continue to accept a wide variety of payment options for your convenience, including Credit/Debit Cards, ACH/Bank Transfers, Cash, Checks, Venmo, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency.
Attendance & Holds: If you or your child needs to miss classes due to illness, vacation, or travel, please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss options like make-up classes or temporary membership holds.
Annual Balance Review: As part of our annual fiscal year-end review, we will promptly send statements to affected families detailing any outstanding balances as of the end of June.

Please note that continued participation and enrollment in our classes constitutes acceptance of these updated terms.
