I am pleased to share that our youth Sanda class is progressing well, and our students are making excellent strides in their training.
To maintain high standards of hygiene and equipment care, we now recommend that all youth Sanda students purchase their own boxing gloves for sparring. Having individual equipment ensures better health and cleanliness by eliminating the need to share gear.
