tf library ported to windows?

Hello,

I have successfully installed WinROS and compiled nodes.

My question is about the TF library, specifically the TF/Message type.  I could not find the tf headers...  has it been ported to WinROS?  I thought it would be since it is such a widely used and fundamental type, but I could be wrong.

I realize it might not have been ported, I just want to make sure I am not missing something.
