Hi, there,

I'm just starting a project for which this can come in really handy.
The only catch is that we're likely to want to use your component (or
likely, a wrapper around it) in both a CS3 project and a FlexBuilder
project. So first, I presume you're not using any of the Flex
Framework--is that true? Second, have you had any experience getting
your swc consumed by Flash CS3 code? I've found some general pointers
to some methods that might work (e.g.
http://timwalling.com/2007/10/22/compiling-flash-cs3-compatible-swcs-with-flex/),
but was wondering if you guys have tried it out or have had anyone do
this?

Thanks for all your work and any help,
Mark

Correct.

No, we haven't tried this yet.

One thing that *might* help is that we have wanted for a long time to be able to build using ant.  That might help you create a CS3 compatible .swc more easily.  I'm hoping to get to spend some time on this in the next two weeks.  We'll see how that goes.  :-)
