Participation in WILS challenge

Hello,

Have all of you obtained the LDC data? This requires filling in the
licensing agreement [1], and sending this to LDC, who'll then give you
a download link. We're keen to get a concrete idea of the number of
people planning to participate, so if you haven't already done so,
please tell us if you're taking part.
