Hi. I wonder how punctuations will be handled in the evaluation. Will
punctuations be striped away before evaluation? What about the
punctuations that appear as heads of dependencies in the gold
standard? Thanks.

Hi,

We won't be evaluating punctuation, so it's probably best just to
attach them to the root. To deal with non-leaf punctuation, we'll be
reparenting the children to the grandparent, which is the method used
by most previous work to my knowledge. We'll put the evaluating
scripts online this week, hopefully, and mail this list.
